Sharecroppers like my grandparents, with their hands and their effort, have drawn a landscape made up of terracing, vineyards mixed with olive and fruit trees, stone houses and cypress avenues. Contemporary viticulture brought innovation without forgetting the traditions.
Greve, Panzano, Castellina, Radda, Gaiole, Brolio Castle… Chianti is the kingdom of many small and wonderful hamlets… difficult to choose one!
A leisure walk will show you what remains invisible to those who cross this territory in a hurry and superficially. The magic has begun, all your senses are open to experience: it’s time for savor an unforgettable ribollita (in summer panzanella is better), your palate is ready for a Chianti Classico wine glass and your legs for another mile… the one needed to get to the gelato shop!!!
