Regolamento escursioni
Cosa mettere nello zaino
E’ necessario un equipaggiamento adeguato all’uscita in ambiente naturale:
- escludere dall’escursione coloro che non sono ritenuti idonei a svolgere l’attività proposta per ragioni di equipaggiamento o condizioni fisiche;
- modificare il programma e/o l’itinerario dell’uscita (anche in maniera sostanziale e in prossimità della partenza) senza preavviso e in qualsiasi momento se la sicurezza e il benessere anche di uno solo dei partecipanti è a rischio a causa di condizioni metereologiche, ambientali o di forza maggiore;
- decidere – per le stesse ragioni di cui sopra – per il rientro anticipato, senza che ciò possa causare alcuna contestazione da parte dei partecipanti;
- annullare l’uscita – anche con preavviso molto breve – nel caso in cui le condizioni metereologiche, ambientali o di forza maggiore non permettano lo svolgimento in sicurezza della stessa;
Attenzione: potrebbe finire nello spam.
- tramite bonifico bancario:
c/c bancario Banca Fideuram intestato a Testi Sara
IBAN: IT27 D032 9601 6010 0006 6509 131
SWIFT / BIC: FIBKITMM
- nessuna penale per le cancellazioni entro i 2 mesi dall’inizio del tour;
- pagamento del 50% dell’importo pattuito per cancellazioni dai 2 mesi a 1 mese dall’inizio del tour;
- mascherina (meglio averne 2 a disposizione, di quelle riutilizzabili) – verranno utilizzate solo in caso di necessità, devono essere a portata di mano;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Those who join the tour must sign the following document.
Regulations for walking / hiking tours
What to put in the backpack
It’s necessary to be properly equipped for an excursion in a natural environment.
- Bring proper clothing – several lightweight layers that can be easily put on and removed, as well as protective raingear.
- Proper walking or hiking boots are essential to a safe walking experience: footwear must fit well and also contain sufficient support and tread. No sneakers or tennis shoes, thanks.
- In your daypack cannot miss: water bottle (1 lt. at least), personal medicines, raingear and a snack. It is also advisable to have with you an extra lightweight base layer (in case of perspiration or wet weather), sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, insect repellent.
- In some cases, trekking poles can be a valid support.
You don’t need a first aid kit, I always carry it and I have a CPR certification that meets the International Guidelines. However, it is important that you have your personal medicines with you, if you use them. Always inform the guide if you have any health problems (particularly heart disease, allergies, diabetes or recent operations on the lower limbs).
If necessary, we will inform the participants about any other specific equipment requested for a particular excursion.
What to put...in the head!
Maximum punctuality is required at the start of the excursion, in compliance with logistics, timing and all participants.
The duration of the excursion may vary depending on the participants’ fittness level, the weather conditions, etc. Some flexibility is therefore required.
It is advisable to turn off the mobile phone (or, at the most, to keep the ringtone very low) during the excursion, so as not to disturb others and to fully enjoy the nature that surrounds us.
Do not abandon waste. Any waste will be placed in the backpack and returned to our homes.
Do not cause any damage to the environment: the collection of fruits, plants or flowers is often regulated by the competent authorities and must be avoided in respect of ecosystems and in order to avoid potential allergic reactions or intoxications.
The Guide can...
If it deems it necessary, the Guide reserves the right to:
- exclude from the excursion those who are not deemed suitable to carry out the proposed activity for reasons of equipment or physical conditions;
- modify the program and/or the itinerary of the tour (even substantially and in the vicinity of the departure) without notice and at any time if the safety and well-being of even one of the participants is at risk due to weather conditions, environmental or force majeure;
- decide – for the same reasons as above – for early return, without this causing any dispute on the part of the participants;
- cancel the tour – even with very short notice – in case the weather, environmental or force majeure conditions do not allow it to be carried out safely;
- exclude non-booked people from the excursion.
The Guide is relieved of any responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur if one or more members of the group voluntarily leave the group or the path without the prior authorization of the Guide.
In all the above circumstances, the Guide will not be required to pay the participant any reimbursement.
Children
Minors can participate only if accompanied by a parent or whoever exercises the parental authority. The latter undertakes – by proceeding with the registration – to ensure that the minor respects the shared rules. Always ask, before registering, if the scheduled activity is suitable for children or not.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed, as long as they are on a leash and only with the authorization of the Guide. The guide is never responsible for damage to things or people caused by the animal but the owners of the animal will be held responsible.

Please check it out.
Alternatively (expecially if you don’t feel like reading in Italian) you can send an email to saraincammino@gmail.com
In the latter case you will be sent by e-mail all the detailed information of the tour, the payment methods and the booking form in English.
All excursions on my calendar have a limited number: reservations are therefore required.

Cancellation policy
The participant has the right to renounce the booked excursion at any time by sending a cancellation e-mail to saraincammino@gmail.com
Cancellation messages sent via social media, WhatsApp or whatever else are not considered valid.
Those who are excluded on the day of the excursion due to inadequate equipment will be withheld the entire fee and no voucher will be credited.
For an event on the Calendar
All tours are limited: to allow other people who have been excluded to possibly take your place (and therefore me not to lose a customer) I ask you the courtesy to notify me of your absence as soon as possible.
- If you are forced to cancel the tour within 24 hours from its start, any amount already paid will be retained as a credit that can be reused in other future excursions of the same amount (within 6 months from the date of the excursion). This obviously does not apply to those who had planned to pay in cash.
- In case of cancellations after 24h from the start of the booked tour or in case of no-show the entire amount paid by bank transfer will be retained or – if payment is required in cash or by credit card – you will be asked to pay the full amount by bank transfer.
For private tours
- No penalty before 2 months ahead of the tour;
- 50% of the price of the tour cancellation fee if you cancel from 2 months up to 1 month ahead of the tour;
- If you cancel later than a month ahead of the tour the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the tour (please understand that guiding season in Tuscany is only few months long and unexpected cancellations will affect our business).
Integration - Covid-19 anti-contagion measures
Safety and Health first.
The rules regarding the management of the Covid19 emergency impose on us a series of directives to be scrupulously observed, issued specifically for the conduct of nature excursions.
Each participant must be equipped with:
- mask (better to have 2 available, of the reusable ones) – they will be used only in case of need, they must be close at hand;
- 150 ml vial of CE-compliant disinfectant gel, to be kept at hand.
It is necessary, throughout the course of the activity, to maintain a safety distance of 2 meters from any other person, except for cohabitants.
The exchange of objects of any kind is prohibited (water bottles, sticks, clothing, food, etc.)
The appointment will be given directly at the starting point of the trek in a large and open place that everyone will have to reach independently.
ATTENTION: this section is constantly updated! The above provisions could change (hopefully for the better) from evening to morning!!!
